Order & Delivery FAQs
Once you place an order on www.murrays1913.com you will
receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.
If your order is a ‘Click & Collect’ order, you
will receive a text/email to let you know the product is ready for collection.
We offer free delivery In Ireland over €50, and free delivery in the UK if your order value is over £75, otherwise the cost
is €5.
Visa Debit, Credit, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Revolut. Murray’s gift vouchers are accepted online and in store. We don’t accept One-For-All vouchers at this time.
DPD handle all our deliveries.

Product availability is updated regularly. However, if there is an availability problem with an item displayed, we will contact you to advise you on further availability and confirm how you wish to proceed.

Returns & Refunds FAQs
We are happy to offer all customers a full refund on any item returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will inspect the item to ensure that they are unworn and fit for resale. We will then send you an email, to inform you that your item has arrived and that your account will be credited.
If you return your item in-store, we will inspect them to ensure that they are fit for re-sale. We will then inform you that will we credit your account through our online system or facilitate an exchange
You can return an item by wrapping it securely, take it to your nearest post office. Please include your packing slip and post to: Murray’s, Main St. Charleville, Co. Cork. P56 KX48 Ireland.
We are happy to offer an exchange of an item for the same style in a different size, providing the product being returned is unworn. Please email us at hello@murrays1913.com or phone 063 81236 to let know what size you would like to request and we can hold it aside until we receive your item back.
If you would like to request a different item,
you must complete a new order on our website.

No, we do not cover the return postage cost of items to our stores.
We issue the refund back on to the card that was originally used to purchase the item, as soon as goods have been received and checked. Each bank takes a different number of days to process refunds.
